Tshepo Wadipeba is a dynamic and accomplished human capital leader who brings over 19 years of human capital strategy experience spanning various industries such as the oil and gas, parastatals and non-profits. Tshepo is a certified SHRM Senior Professional and holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Botswana and an Executive Human Resource Leadership Programme from the University of Stellenbosch Business School. Tshepo has also gained a lot of experience in the corporate governance space, currently serving as a Board Member and Chairperson of the HR and Remuneration Committee for Babereki Investment as well as for Insure Guard.
