Boikobo Itshepheng

Boikobo Itshepeng’s, work experience in regulation, insurance, risk management and compliance spans over 13 years. He has held positions as Broker, Analyst, Principal Officer and Head of Risk and Compliance. He has worked for companies such as Old Mutual Botswana, Sesiro, Minet Botswana and NBFIRA. Itshepeng is currently an Independent Trustee and Chairperson of the Risk and Compliance Committee of Botswana Post Staff Pension Fund. Itshepeng holds an MBA, Bachelor of Finance, and a Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and a Fellow Member of the Insurance Institute of South Africa (FIISA).
